Cross Section of the Seminiferous Tubules of the Testis

Note the circles of cells making up the seminiferous tubles where the sperm develop. They are outlined by pink stained spindle shaped smooth muscle cells.
Between the circles are the pink stained interstitial cells (Leydig) which secrete testosterone.
